Maintenance Technician/Groundskeeper – St. Paul
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Oversee and maintain daily service requests and complete service requests
- Oversee and maintain MSDS and follow all safety procedures
- Maintain maintenance inventory, apartment history cards, and lighting and snow logs
- Initiate measures to improve methods, equipment performance and quality of work
- Provide customers with exceptional customer service & foster good resident relations
- Snow removal, lawn mowing, sweeping, watering, weeding and debris pick up
- On-Call rotation
Qualifications:
- One to three years maintenance experience
- Valid Boilers’ License
- Must communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds to chest height
- Must be able to bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, pull and push
- Must have reliable transportation
- Previous landscaping experience desired
Hours:
- Full time
- M-F 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
- Rotation for after-hours emergency On-Call once every 4 weeks
