Roving Property Manager – Multiple Sites

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • In the absence of a Property Manager, assist and manage the property.
  • Provide customers with exceptional customer service and foster good resident relations.
  • Adhere to standards of quality and enforce management policies/procedures.
  • Assist Portfolio Director with various on-site duties.
  • Participate in showing and renting apartments to prospects, taking applications and other necessary paperwork to rent apartments.
  • Oversee and assist with contractors and supervision of site employees.
  • Assist residents with their questions, record service requests and collect rent.
  • Assist with transition of property, as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years previous property management experience required.
  • Experience with Section 8 and 42 housing, preferred.
  • Ability to speak Spanish or Somali, preferred.
  • Must possess excellent customer service skills.
  • Must possess the ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal.
  • Must have great attention to detail and the ability to multi-task.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and other computer applications.
  • Must have knowledge of managerial, supervisory and fiscal practices.
  • Ability to maintain a professional office environment.

Hours:

  • Full-Time: 8:00am-5:00pm but hours may vary depending on site office hours.
