Leasing Agent – Press House & Heritage Hills Apartments

What do they do?
Leasing agents work with both property owners and renters. With in-depth knowledge of the property market, agents are available to help determine if a space is right for a renter, and if a tenants is right for a space. Leasing agents are also responsible for marketing the property, and use a variety of tactics to help ensure that buildings are as close to maximum occupancy as possible at all times.
Once a renter has expressed interest, leasing agents are then responsible for facilitating the signing of leases, background checks, and other paperwork.
Qualifications
For our apartment leasing jobs in Minneapolis and the greater Midwest, you must possess the following qualities and experience:
- 1-3 years leasing or related customer services/sales experience
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to communicate professionally and effectively – written and verbally
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Yardi experience desired
