Senior Administrative Assistant
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist and support Portfolio Directors in the successful operation of assigned properties portfolio asset management
- Accomplish goals, objectives and strategic plans established
- Email Weekly Status Report to owners and staff
- Manage administrative aspects of vendor contracts
- Support, manage, update and prepare reports and documents, as needed and necessary, for communications with PD, owners, vendors and staff
Qualifications:
- Minimum two years work experience providing administrative suppor to multiple executives
- Possess strong computer skills, including experience w/Microsoft Office applications, Word, Excel, CSV files
- Strong experience working with contracts, vendors and legal documents
- Possess the ability to communicate effectively; both written and verbal
- Possess the ability to pay close attention to detail and to work with confidential information and materials
- Possess excellent organizational and time management skills
Hours:
- Full Time: Monday-Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm
