Caretaker (Part-time) – Bloomington
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide all customers with exceptional customer service
- Know and adhere to standards of quality
- Clean vacant apartments and keep all interior common areas clean
- Perform functions in a continuous manner without assistance/supervision
- Assist with snow removal, sweeping, watering/weeding, picking up debris
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years caretaking or cleaning experience
- Must have strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task
- Knowledge of cleaning standards and techniques
- Must be able to bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, pull and push
- Ability to lift 40lbs to chest height
- Great organization and communication skills
Desired Qualifications:
- Ability to speak Spanish and/or Somali
