Responsibilities:
- Show and rent apartments to prospects
- Take applications and other necessary paperwork to rent apartments
- Assist residents with their questions and record all service requests
- Handle mail, file paperwork, prepare notes, letters and documents
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years leasing experience required
- Must possess the ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbally
- Must have strong organization skills and the ability to multi-task
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and other computer applications
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) desired
Hours:
- Part-Time
- Monday, Wednesday and Friday: 12:00pm-5:00pm
- Tuesday and Thursday: 1:00pm-6:00pm
- Saturday: 10:00am-3:00pm
