Caretaker – Minneapolis
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide all customers with exceptional customer service
- Know and adhere to standards of quality
- Clean vacant apartment and keep all interior common areas clean
- Snow removal, mowing, sweeping, watering, weeding and debris pick up
- Perform functions in a continuous manner without assistance/supervision
Qualifications:
- Previous caretaking or cleaning experience
- Knowledge of cleaning standards and techniques
- Must be able to bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, pull and push
- Ability to lift 40 lbs to chest height
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task
Hours:
- Full-Time
- Monday – Friday from 8am-4:30pm
