Caretaker – Caretaker/Groundskeeper, Part Time
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide all customers with exceptional customer service
- Know and adhere to standards of quality
- Clean vacant apartments and keep all interior common areas clean
- Perform functions in a continuous manner without assistance/supervision
- Assist with snow removal, sweeping, watering/weeding and debris pick-up
Qualifications:
- Previous caretaking or cleaning experience preferred
- Knowledge of cleaning standards and techniques
- Ability to lift 40lbs to chest height
- Must be able to bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, pull and push
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task
Hours:
- Part-Time
- Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 1:30 PM
