Caretaker/Groundskeeper – Columbus, Indiana
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide all customers with exceptional customer service
- Know and adhere to standards of quality
- Clean vacant apartments and keep all interior common areas clean
- Perform functions in a continuous manner without assistance/supervision
- Assist with snow removal, sweeping, watering/weeding, picking up debris
Qualifications:
- Previous caretaking or cleaning experience
- Knowledge of cleaning standards and techniques
- Must be able to bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, pull and push
- Ability to lift 40lbs to chest height
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task
Hours:
- Full Time
- Monday – Friday, 8:00AM – 4:30 PM
- Available to work weekends, when needed
