To ensure that all of our practices are compliant with any and all laws and regulations, Real Estate Equities is looking for individuals with outstanding attention to detail and in-depth industry knowledge to work as compliance technicians.

What do they do?

Compliance technicians are responsible for completing any and all necessary compliance documentation, from certifications to inspection paperwork. Working at one or more location, technicians work on projects ranging from income and rent limits to filing audits.

Qualifications

To qualify for any of our real estate compliance technician jobs in Minneapolis, you must possess the following qualities:

• Minimum 1-3 years of compliance experience
• In-depth knowledge of all affordable housing programs
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to work with confidential information
• Strong computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office
• Ability to speak Spanish and Somali desired
