Development Associate – St. Paul
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provides all customers with exceptional customer service
- Knows and adheres to all standards of quality
- Actively participates as development team member in all aspects of the acquisition and development process
- Performs functions in a continuous manner without assistance/supervision
- Supports, creates and manages financial documentation needs
- Works under time restraints to meets time sensitive deadlines with various entities at the city, county, state and federal level to ensure necessary documents, approvals and deadlines are met
- Coordinate with property management and asset management throughout the development process to achieve project stabilization
- Work with attorneys to review project and financing documents for closing
- Provides due diligence support for activities as assigned that create strategic partnerships, such as market research and analysis, financial modeling and discounted cash flow analysis
- Communicates effectively orally and in writing
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- 4-year business degree from an accredited college with an emphasis in finance, accounting and/or real estate
- Ability to perform essential duties
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multi-task/meet deadlines
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Maintain professional office environment
- Ability to understand and follow instructions in English
Hours:
- Full Time, Monday – Friday
