Human Resources Coordinator

Real Estate Equities is looking for an energetic, detailed-oriented individual to join our fun and dynamic corporate team as the Human Resources Coordinator.

This fast-paced position, reporting to the Director of Human Resources, plays an important role in the Human Resources department, supporting all team members by the following:

Job Duties:

  • Conducting the full-cycle recruitment process
  • Processing payroll
  • Entering and maintaining accurate employee information within the HRIS platform
  • New benefit enrollment
  • New employee orientation
  • Maintain employee files
  • Preparing various reporting

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years in Human Resources experience preferred.
  • Preferred experience with ADP
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or related degree
  • Preferred PHR or SHRM-CP Certification
  • Strong, intermediate computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office software.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbally
  • Detail oriented and ability to work with confidential information
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
