Real Estate Equities is looking for an energetic, detailed-oriented individual to join our fun and dynamic corporate team as the Human Resources Coordinator.
This fast-paced position, reporting to the Director of Human Resources, plays an important role in the Human Resources department, supporting all team members by the following:
Job Duties:
- Conducting the full-cycle recruitment process
- Processing payroll
- Entering and maintaining accurate employee information within the HRIS platform
- New benefit enrollment
- New employee orientation
- Maintain employee files
- Preparing various reporting
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years in Human Resources experience preferred.
- Preferred experience with ADP
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or related degree
- Preferred PHR or SHRM-CP Certification
- Strong, intermediate computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office software.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbally
- Detail oriented and ability to work with confidential information
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
