Maintenance technicians are responsible for maintaining all appliances and utility systems within a property. From monitoring HVAC equipment, to repairing malfunctioning appliances, to general preventative maintenance tasks, these experts are essential to keeping our properties safe, and keeping our tenants happy.
Qualifications
To be eligible for any of our maintenance technician jobs, you must possess the following qualities and experience:
- Minimum 3-5 years of residential maintenance experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of basic maintenance repair
- On-call availability
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50lbs to chest height
- Boiler’s license required
