Independent Contractor – Accountant

Responsibilities / Leasing Agent:

1. Yardi
   • Set up jobs
   • Set up contracts
   • Process REHAB invoices
2. Put together monthly draws
3. Pay vendors; type and collect lien waivers
4. Run the REHAB ONLY portion on the monthly financial packets
5. Complete implementing the Job Cost Module project
6. Support Asset Manager

Qualifications:

1. Associates’ degree in Accounting
2. 3-5 years accounting experience; construction/rehab experience a plus
3. Excellent organizational and computer skills

Hours:

• Part-Time, 20-25 hours/week
• Monday-Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm
