Responsibilities:
- Provide all residents with exceptional customer service
- Complete daily service requests and maintain preventative maintenance schedule
- Maintain MSDS and follow all safety procedures
- Perform apartment turnover duties
- Monitor HVAC equipment
Qualifications:
- Previous residential maintenance experience
- Boiler’s license
- Reliable transportation and be available for a rotating on-call schedule
- Able to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Able to lift 50 lbs to chest height
- Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are desired
- Able to bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, pull and push
- Ability to understand and follow instructions in English
- Ability to work with and around mold, dust, paint and chemicals
- Section 8 & 42 experience is helpful
Hours:
- Part Time: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM to Noon
- On-call rotation: 1 week every 3 weeks
