  • Set up and maintain the Budget Control Logs in Microsoft Excel
  • Review all purchasing to the budget and obtain approval for spending from Site Manager or Portfolio Director
  • Process invoices and reconcile statements
  • Prepare and print form letters for late rent, inspections and renewals
  • Assist with leasing, compliance, rent posting, and deposits
  • Assist residents with their questions and record service requests
  • Prepare Leases and other resident paperwork
  • Update online advertising sources


  • Must possess strong, intermediate computer skills, including experience w/Microsoft Word and Excel software
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbally
  • Must be able to understand and follow English instructions
  • Must maintain professional office environment

  • Full time: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM- 5 PM
