Vacation Experience Specialist-Elite Destination Homes

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Sell international vacation experiences in luxury vacation homes
  • Convert incoming inquiries to rental guests
  • Manage the reservation process from initial inquiry through welcome home correspondence
  • Streamline sales experience through new technology
  • Maintain excellent rapport with colleagues, property managers, channel partners and owners
  • Maintain consistent sales process – review and update manual
  • Assist other departments, as needed
  • Perform other duties, as assigned


  •  2-3 years successful sales experience
  • Customer-service attitude, hospitality focus
  • Competent with technology, comfortable learning new software
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
  • Flexible work hours to accommodate our guests needs (Evening and weekend availability required)
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and in writing
  • Experience with vacation rental websites – Airbnb, Homeaway, VRBO
  • Extrovert/WOO (winning others over – Strengths Finder) personality
